Wouldn’t stay again. Very noisy. Room was all satisfactory however didn’t feel comfortable or safe being a single women. The rooms around also banged doors all night.

Friendly reception staff. Good amenities.

Wonderful welcoming staff, beautifully presented rooms, immaculately clean. Unfortunately did not get the time to sample the amazing restaurant menu. Peaceful haven when in London will definitely return. The service and staff here are among the best I have received anywhere in the world. They were warm, attentive, polite and helpful. Everyone from the front desk up to our favorite bartender was amazing. Breakfast was delicious. All the typical western fare and a great selection of Indian cuisine which I had never tasted. We stayed in and had dinner on Christmas Day and it was spectacular. Food was delicious, the atmosphere lively and festive. They had live music. Finally the location was perfect. Safe and near enough to all the attractions. Definitely would recommend.
