The BoTree was one of the highlights of our trip to London. The rooms were beautifully designed and very comfortable, and the location made it incredibly easy to explore the city, with countless bars, restaurants, museums and shopping all within walking distance. What stood out most was the level of service. After a small issue, the Head of Guest Relations reached out and turned the experience around, which was a thoughtful gesture and speaks volumes about how much they care about their guests. The only minor inconvenience was having our room keys reset a couple times but it didn't take away from an otherwise fantastic stay. We'd gladly return.

"The air conditioning was broken in the first room, so I was moved to another that had a fuse box making concerning noises. The air conditioning in the second room was not much better, and the breakfast was abysmal. The staff, however, were polite and helpful throughout."
