“청결상태 복도 바닥은 오랜 얼룩진 상태였고 냄새가 많이 났고, 룸 컨디션은 냄새가 많이 났다. 4성급에서 볼수 없는 냄새ㅠㅠ, 직원들은 친절 했다. 전세계 여행을 다녀봤지만 유럽에서 이런 숙박은 처음이였다. 역 근처 위치라는 점 매력적이지만, 나는 결국 숙박하지 않고 1박 비용을 내고 다른 호텔로 급하게 옮겼다. 숙박 비용은 저렴하지 않다. 나는 다른 호텔로 이동하면서 울었다. 너무 화가 나고 속상했기 때문이다.”
