Great service and great breakfast!

I like the service of the staff , I like the coffee and free breakfast. Everything was clean . Really enjoy the stay.

I stayed twice, the first time I forgot a pair of shoes and a jacket. When I came back a week later, they still had it for me.

The staff is very friendly. The hotel is definitely clean which is very important to me. The breakfast is great. Everything is excellent. I will come back if i need to stay in the area. Highly recommend this hotel.

The lagoon was nice to sit around and visit with family.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Elm House. The staff was pleasant, the room was nice, the property was all we needed. We didn’t need to be downtown in Napa or Sonoma because we traveled all over the areas for a week. We went from the coast to the redwoods, small towns, canyon roads, to wineries all over. I am celiac, so I had to go without breakfast and watch the others in our party enjoy their’s. No alternatives were offered to the waffles and sausage. So, while the accommodations were excellent, we would not stay here again. When you lose one, you lose all.

Our stay was pleasant from the moment of checking in with Greg at the desk, to the time we left. The breakfast ladies were very friendly, and the staff who cleaned the rooms were very attentive and cooperative. One thing that I deeply appreciated was the availability of the luggage cart. When you get older this is a must!

The room was clean and fresh. The bed linens were crisp and clean. The room was equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, iron, flat screen tv, and hair dryer. Complimentary bottled water, coffee, fruit and pastries are provided in the main office in the morning.
