“The hotel and beautiful and in a lovely location just outside the centre of Montreuil-sur-mer. However, the family rooms are in the eaves and it was incredibly hot despite there being three fans. In the end we slept with the windows open but there was noisy loud dance music playing well into the night. In the end, the children slept downstairs in the double bed with me and my husband had to sleep in one of their single beds on the mezzanine. Also, before we checked out we found a bottle of water...

“We loved this hotel! It had so much character, beautiful gardens and was convenient to the centre of the town. Parking available beside the hotel too. There is a walk along the ramparts which takes around 50mins - 60 mins and it’s just so tranquil with lovely countryside views. Good continental breakfast available. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!”

“Lovely property. Extremely helpful staff! We had a misunderstanding and did not get the room we thought we were getting, but we stayed anyway and it turned out well. We ordered a charcuterie board and a bottle of wine which were delicious! The breakfast is also very good. The only small negative was some of the lawn furniture was a bit dirty. Definitely recommend.”
