This is a fabulous stay, the amenities very nice. Check-in is easy. Staff are wonderful. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops. A perfect stay.

Stayed here for two nights in early December. It was a contactless check in, with clear directions given. Rooms, toilet and bathroom are located downstairs while the living room, dining room, kitchen and a luxurious spa/jacuzzi room are upstairs. There's no washing machine and dryer, but there's a separate laundry room located next to the reception office. The apartment is located in the town centre, with many nice eateries nearby. Parking is free, with one lot per apartment. Overall, it was a good and comfortable stay.

Really lovely place - cosy and comfortable. Sadly, if you have the windows open the noise from the street is quite loud. That was the only down-side. Other than that, the location is perfect, the size of the room was large, staff interaction was great.

An enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is well located, a stone’s throw away from the Main Street. Our accommodation was spacious, well equipped and faces a park (nice!) And the spa bath was amazing! The weather happened to be very hot, so the front room was quite stuffy but very quickly, a fan appeared! Thank you.

Enjoyed a lovely stay at the property. It's conveniently located in town such that there are plenty of dining options and easy access to shops and supermarkets nearby. Property itself was comfortable with available plates and glasses for one's use.

Very spacious studio, comfortable bed, access to free laundry with washingmachine and dryer. , and extra linen, and kitchen/bathroom needs. Central to shops and dining. Doona bedding is personally too hot for me. A light cotton blanket as another option would be good.

Top location and lovely room

Amazing room in a great location. Had everything you need for a short stay. We stayed in room 5 and unfortunately the bathroom sink leaked all over the sides soaking our toiletries, the shower lets water out onto the floor and the kitchen sink plug doesn’t hold water so it was a little challenge doing the dishes. Nothing drastically bad but room just needed a little TLC for the price paid. Would happily stay again

Mixed bag

A mixed bag - nice room with good facilities and close to restaurants and services, great bed but our room was noisy as close to the road. Check in complex as the front desk closed before we could check in. Alrigth for a pit stop but bring your airplugs if in the rooms by the road.

Good size and comfortable bread. Liked being able to cook own breakfast. TV quality was poor in pixels and Wi Fi Router was not optimal. Netflix dropped out frequently.

A staff member was quite rude as we needed clean sheets. Staff member made comments such as, “do not let this happen again.” “what are you thinking, no matter where you go you will not get a service like that from any accommodation.” “You’ve been here one night, no one is going to do that for you after one night at any accommodation.” I’ve stayed in previous accommodation where we’ve accidentally spilt something or needed extra this or that and they have been so understanding and accommodating. Key word ACCOMMODATING to US as GUESTS in THEIR SERVICE. I apologised for spilling something and needing fresh sheets but the way we were spoken to was not nice. My partner and I felt like an inconvenience asking them for a service, like we had to walk on egg shells in our room and was spoken to in a way like I was getting a lecture from my parent. This made my partner and I very uncomfortable. Overall, the accommodation itself was lovely and well kept but the customer service from this staff member was not necessary.

We enjoyed the convenience of the accommodation, as it is located within the town center. Yet it is still quiet and safe. We would definitely book Prideau’s again when we come back to MR!

It is a non people contact motel.Room and facilities were very good. Location was excellent. Only issue was parking for room 1 is very tight and if room 2 is occupied and you will need to use the car park.
