the hotel is TERRIBLE! To begin with, I booked a room with a king-size bed. Upon arriving late at night—exhausted because we have a baby—the receptionist told us that he didn't have any rooms with a king bed. Yet, the hotel was literally empty; there was no one around, or at least no cars parked outside. He told me he would give me a room with two queen beds for the same price—except they weren't queen beds, but rather full-size ones. When we entered, the room was absolutely filthy; the sheets were disgusting and torn—as if from cigarette burns. I asked to switch rooms, so he unlocked the door to another room for me using his master key, but he never actually gave me my own key for that room. Once again, the sheets were dirty, and there was human hair in the bathroom. The room was supposedly non-smoking, yet the smell of marijuana was terrible. The listing claimed the room had a microwave and a fridge; however, I couldn't warm up my baby's bottle because there was NO microwave in the room. The fridge didn't work either, and to top it all off, the air conditioning wasn't working. I swear I am not exaggerating—you couldn't even call the lobby because the phone was disconnected. On top of all that, they had placed some sort of barriers in the elevator to prevent it from going up, so we had to take the stairs. The staff didn't help me with ANYTHING.
