We got to the room at bout midnight or a little after my family and I were super tired so we hopped in bed and went to bed… we woke up and my daughter asks me what was on her blanket both blankets on both beds had blood stains on them and you knew staff knew it because they made the beds so that the blood stains were on the inside and not outside. I was immediately disturbed and went down stairs to let the staff know. Front desk told me I had to reach out to manager that following Monday! I called and manager refused to take my calls… I finally expressed my concern and they told me I had to reach out to Expedia so I did that. I sent pics and explained everything! Expedia then calls hotel and manager says there’s nothing she will do because she don’t know if that was my blood!!! I do not recommend staying there and we will never return!

Blood stains that were clearly washed!!!!

I got a good deal on the price of my stay and I was pleasantly surprised with my visit to this hotel. The room was small but clean and refreshing and had everything I needed. My stay on a weekend was very quiet. Continental Breakfast was adequate. I would definitely stay here again.

While the room appeared to be clean, there was a stale odor. Maybe cigarette smoke? I would recommend a deep clean and get rid of the carpet in the rooms and hallways. The room also has very limited outlets, there was a coffee maker, but no outlet close by. On the plus side, the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Very small rooms. “Hot” breakfast items were not warm at all when we went to breakfast at 7:30. Very clean and friendly knowledgeable staff good location. Quiet inside the hotel.

Hotel room smelled badly. Thought it would go away after running the A/C but it only got worse. Breakfast had very limited options and it was not replenished with still about an hour left of breakfast time. The sink in the bedroom was clogged and took hours to drain.

I have mixed feeling about this hotel. I’ve stayed here before and would give it five stars across the board for that visit, but this visit was a bit of a disappointment. Check-in was good, breakfast was solid, and the room seemed clean. However, when I took my shower, I got out to find that they only left two hand towels in the room. Also, the shower drain cover was missing, but I guess that doesn’t matter because the shower really didn’t drain well anyway. I woke up with a few bite marks at my ankle. I’d give them another try next time I’m in town, mainly due to my previous stay experience.

The only complaint was that the walls were thin. Could hear someone snoring in the room next to us, and someone playing loud music on the other side us. The breakfast was was just ok.

Solid and comfortable accommodation

We stayed briefly overnight. Service at the front desk day shift was fantastic and kind. The room smelled a little musty but the accommodations were comfortable and the bedding was pretty. Breakfast was only served until 9am which is really early for a weekend for breakfast to end at that time, so my family missed it.
