They also didn’t have towels for the pool, so as a guest who don’t plan on bringing those items, just beware. They ultimately did end up finding an emergency iron to let me use but it was very stressful for me. "

I had to cut my trip short by 4 days to get back home and the hotel staff would not connect me to a manager regarding my request for a refund. Also, I elevated my request through Expedia and the hotel management won’t even talk to Expedia regarding my requests for a refund. They are severely lacking in the customer service area. "
