"While the front desk staff were lovely and got us checked in well before the 3pm check in time after our red eye flight, our delight ended there. The room was musty and not well maintained. Stains on the floor, lamp shades and ceiling - possibly water damage? Uncomfortable bed, no real amenities, and the room made me feel stuffed up and sore throat which disappeared as soon as we checked out. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"The room was dirty and had a bad feeling that bedding was not changed. I of course told them that bathroom was dirty and they came to clean next day But had to repeatedly tell them to clean room and sweep..breakfast was not buffet no drinks offered or fruit just bacon eggs and did not have pancakes as menu offered room was in a bad state dirty dusty old scuffed up and stained furniture..walls dirty and scratched need painting..really bad very dissapointed with expedia that you would rate this a 3 and 1/2: barely a 2 location was nice and edna the waitress was excellent. And so was Turone at the front desk. The lobby was dirty not swept and not mopped in the 4 days we were there. Breakfast area chairs were stained ripped on some areas really filthy would not want to sit there..not worth the money we were charged.."

"We stayed for one night and were happy with everything. Staff is very personable and made us feel respected and welcome. The room was clean, the beds & linens are lovely. We appreciated the amenities in our room. The only downside was we weren’t told parking cost extra. After we left, I received an invoice for two days of parking @28.99 per day."
