Dining facilities were atrocious. Very limited food choice with flies, insects flying about all over the food and dining area. Adults only pool was big with plenty of beds, but the staff allowed children to play in the pool and only moved them on when complaints were raised. Room was spacious and the cleaning staff were in every day. Our maid was excellent, leaving clean towels etc. This was the only good thing about the Hotel I'm afraid, Would not recommend and definitely will not be back! The many other guests who voiced their concerns probably won't be back either.

Good value for money

4 days stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Manager courteous. Food quite good. Not much for a meat eater but reasonable choice and nicely presented. Would recommend for the price we paid.

First impressions not good. Most of the advertised facilities were not open, needs a lot of maintenance work, and the food was atrocious. Have already put a complaint into the hotel.

Terrible all inclusive resort.

The worst all Inclusive hotel experience. The room electric system look unsafe. The room on arrival did not have a fridge as stated. Had room change the following day as was put in family side of hotel not the adult. The rooms was visible unclean standard on arrival had another guest hair strands on balcony. The bathroom lighting was poor and not modern in any way.The restaurant food hygiene was poor tables not cleaned after use. Poor range of food and not covered from bugs. Struggled to find clean table. Staff on communication talking was unfriendly and made the holiday not enjoyable. The house keeping staff often sat outside the room storage placed in inconvenient place. No camera covering rooms which did not make us feel secure. No entertainment in hotel due to low occupancy and minimal on the family side.

I just checked out from this hotel yesterday , I stayed for four nights and the condition air was so bad and we asked several time to fix it and they didn’t do anything about it also we had to go each night to ask for toilet paper and towels that we should have them with out any asking About the food and the swimming pool they were okey

Hiçbir şekilde tavsiye etmiyorum bir kaç kötü yorum vardi cok dikkate almamistim ama almalıymışım. Günlük temizlik yok, degisen havlu falan yok olurda gitmekte israr ederseniz kendi eşyalarinizi gotürün. Yemekler hergun ayni zaten çesit yok çok birşey beklemeyin fiyat olarak uygun olabilir ama biraz daha fazla verin ama hakedecek yerde kalın tatilinizi ziyan etmeyin. Tek iyi şey otel calışanlari guler yüzlü ama telafi etmiyor. Yetiskin oteli diye gidiyorsunuz ama yemek salonuna gittiğinizde olmadiğini farkediyorsunuz.

Çocuksuz Aileler için ideal bir otel.

Ilk girişte ufak bir sıkıntı yaşasakta sonrasında hızlıca çözüme kavuştu ve rahatlıkla tatilimizi gerçekleştirdik. Yemeklerinde de bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Özellikle +16 otel olması önemliydi. Personel ilgiliydi. Teşekkür ediyoruz.

Not a 4 Star Hotel

The hotel needs upgrades... The lobby smells of mold and steam comes from hammam. The bathroom of room needs renovation. The entire bathroom floor was in a mess while using the shower because it does not have any partition between the shower and toilet area. The least expensive way is to install a shower curtain or glass door. When we take a shower, the bathroom floor overflows with a water. Poor drainage in the shower area.... Some of staff was so very rude and not helpful at all. Food quality is very poor and not very fresh too....... Overall poor experience, not expected from a 4 Star Hotel :(

Great location and really nice staff. Good variety of food and I was impressed that outside of the designated meal times, decent snacks are available during the afternoon. At 4pm they cook pancakes, which go down really well with the guests. We had a great holiday
