Marne-la-Vallee, Paris hotel rooms at the Relais & Chateaux

"En general estuvo bien, lo único que pasó es que la regadera tenía una fuga de agua muy grande y nos cambiaron de cuarto en la noche a otro edificio y con dos niños hacer maletas y salir al frío estuvo un poco incómodo."

"The bathroom required some attention, the shower head didnt stay in the holder and so was diffciult to shower. There were cracked tiles on the bath panel with some mould in places around the bath. Staff on the information desk were less than helpful when requesting a birthday badge for my daughter and sent me to the check in desk.....which i had to queue again, to no avail. Our room (17) and block (11 Luigi) were perfectly placed for a walk to the park. We were unable to find ice from any machine in ANY block, when requesting ice at reception I was relayed back to the machines. You get what you pay for and this stay was perfect for what we needed (comfy bed at the end of a long park day) but I don't think we could have stayed more than 2 nights."

"3rd time staying in this hotel. We always come here it's clean and the location is ideal for us. Near to the shopping centre, a bakery for breakfast in the morning and it's a short walk to disney though there is also.a shuttle bus though we preferred to walk as it only takes 15 minutes and is all flat. Will definitely be back next time we come back to Disneyland Paris!"

"The entire hotel was so beautiful and well maintained. Even everything there was to do for rainy days was so nice to have, like the indoor pool, the arcades, the jungle gym, etc. It was all in all a great family friendly hotel super close to Disneyland Paris with shuttle to and from the parks. The only downfall in our opinion was the breakfast. Not enough fresh fruit for adults, and more sweets than fruits for "the kids corner", you had to stand and wait to make your own hard boiled eggs instead of the eggs being done early by staff. This was our last hotel and most other hotels offered someone prepping omelets or fresh eggs (the scrambled ones there were still runny)."

"The floors are dirty, chipped paint on the walls, scuff marks all over the walls. Bed was comfortable. Staff seemed to have a hidden hatred for anyone making extra requests."
