"Everything was great! Stayed with my mom for our Disneyland visit and enjoyed our room. The breakfast buffet was very good. We got there an hour before check in, but staff was very kind and got us in sooner. They even brought our luggage up for us. Drinks at their bar that night was great (not all hotels have bars, so definitely a perk) Highly recommend. Just to note, if you want lotion or vanity kits, they have a convenient list in the bathroom. You have to go to front desk to request them."
Residence du Parc - Val D'Europe

"I loved the hotel, very clean and good breakfast. Very near to Disneyland with bus stop just outside hotel. Only complaint is about the swimming pool. It was not advertised that the pool would be closed from 1st September! My kids went down to the pool all ready to find it was all locked up. It was 24 degrees!!! They were very upset. I feel with global warming you need to make a change to these rules. On Friday 4th September it is 29 degrees in Paris. I was told by reception it is classed as winter!!!"

"We stayed at Residhome Val d’Europe for seven nights as a family of five and were very happy overall, especially for the price we paid. The location was excellent—close to Val d’Europe station, Disneyland Paris, the shopping centre and plenty of places to eat. The apartment was a good size for our family, and the kitchen facilities were very useful. The beds were made every day and the towels were also changed daily, which we really appreciated. It would have been even better if the rooms had been fully cleaned each day too. The air conditioning was controlled centrally, so the apartment became a little chilly at times and we couldn’t adjust it ourselves. Overall, though, it was a comfortable, convenient and good-value place to stay, and we were really happy with our experience."

"On arrival the member of staff on reception was very welcoming and made check in quick and easy. Some parts of the hotel were a little scruffy but our room was impressively clean. We were blocked on my credit card €90 for a damage deposit and worried we wouldn't get it back as there were a couple of scuffs from chairs on the wall and the kitchen sink tap didn't sit properly but it worked. (We shouldn't have worried as it was unblocked as soon as we checked out! )The beds were very comfortable and re-made on our second night even though we didn't ask them to,which was a lovely surprise when we got back. The room had amazing Aircon too which meant a great comfy night's sleep for me! The bathroom was lovely and clean and the shower was great. The kitchenette was a bonus for us and made the stay so much easier. I will definitely use this place again. So close to decent restaurants and the train station. It was very easy to get to in the car too. Would 100% recommend for hassle free trips into Paris from here. It was also a very good price for two nights in August."

"Fantastic hotel close to Disney parks, shuttle worked well for us but we did not stay late for fireworks or drone shows. Room very clean, breakfast much better than expected, robots around dining room a pleasant surprise as well as small robot bar. All staff polite and helpful. If you are going to Disney this is the place to stay, very modern, has everything you need. Swimming pool lovely with jets and jacuzzi. Did not try the massage as ran out of time."
Aparthotel Adagio Serris - Val d'Europe

"Great location and a spacious room for our family of 5 whilst visiting Disneyland. The room was clean but a little tired some furniture damage and woodwork damage. Breakfast was good with a nice range of pastries, crepes, fruit, yogurt, cereals etc. the walk to Disney was the main draw and took our family around 15 mins at a slow strolling pace. We did use the free shuttle bus one day however the walk was more enjoyable for us. Would recommend."

"The hotel itself is very nice and its very well decorated and integrated in the wild west theme. The staff was a bit rude and we even had to take out the extra bed ourselves because they didn’t do it."

"We only stayed for one short night, but everyone was helpful and kind and having the shuttle to and from the train station/disneyland entrance was wonderful. We would stay again!"
