Etablissement près de la place Jeema el Fna

Nous avions réservé une chambre quadruple ( 2 grands lits) en promotion avec une salle de bain correcte sur la photo et sèche cheveux... En réalité nous avons eu une chambre avec 2 petits lits, une salle de bain minuscule, sans aération avec une douche sommaire et aucun accessoire. Les lampes, enfin ce qu'il en reste, ne fonctionnent pas et l'électricité est dangereuse. Les lits et le ménage n'étaient pas faits. le couchage bien trop dur et les oreillers étaient vraiment sales. Le propriétaire nous a dit qu'il avait oublié notre réservation. Il a fallu réclamer les draps (déchirés), le papier toilette, des serviettes propres et un peu de ménage durant notre semaine. Sinon le ménage ne se fait qu'au départ des clients. Le petit déjeuner continental se résume à un café, un jus d'orange et une crêpe Marocaine avec du miel et une vache qui rit. Il et servi au bar restaurant en dessous. Du côté où se trouvait notre chambre, les escaliers sont dangereux et le plafond trop bas.

No había sabanas ni toallas. El baño tenia una fuga de agua hasta el punto de llenar el suelo de toda la habitación. No limpiaron la habitación ni una sola vez, ni que decir que tampoco hicieron las camas. Al segundo día no aguantamos y nos fuimos a otro hotel.

Mag de naam hotel niet hebben.

WC water liep over de vloer, Geen gordijn voor het raam waardoor iedereen vanaf de gang zo je kamer in kon kijken en je in bed zag. Ontbijt, uur op gewacht toen maar ergens anders gaan eten. Geen lakens op de bedden, na vragen kregen we ze wel. Geen handdoeken maar naar vragen waren ze wel beschikbaar. Tot 3 uur nachts herrie in het hotel en dat begon om 6 uur alweer, volgens receptie kwam dit van buiten maar dat was absoluut niet zo. We reizen veel en komen vaak in Marokko maar zo iets slechts nog nooit meegemaakt. Zijn na 1 dag weggegaan ondanks dat we voor 6 dagen betaald hadden. Gevraagd of we geld terug konden krijgen maar moest via Expedia geregeld worden, ze wilden nog wel even de toeristenbelasting ontvangen voor 1 nacht. Receptie spreekt Engels als je aankomt maar als je klachten hebt dan spreken ze allen nog maar Frans. Gelijktijdig met ons vertrek vertrok er een Engels stel die lekkage hadden in de kamer waarbij alle spullen nat waren geworden, moesten ze volgens de receptie maar in de zon hangen dan was alles weer opgelost. Personeel is hotelletje aan het spelen maar weet totaal niet hoe dit moet. Kort om ga er niet heen
