The pool area and exterior are great, but the building is old and in need of updating, the room was small and overlooked a roof covered in cigarette butts, finally the cost of the 1km taxi to the airport was excessive 200 MAD. I would not stay here again.

Run away from this resort. Worst experience in Marrakech. Not even a 2 star. Only good thing was the pool and garden area.

Stayed 8 nights, reception staff very welcoming & efficient, lovely gardens around pool, sun beds always available, (the covers needed a wash, we took them off) food & service lunchtime was great but breakfast service was awful, always running out of something on buffet, took 10 minutes one morning to fill the 1 milk jug up, a cereal spoon was hard to come by, often another 5-10 mins wait, butter/croissants would also run out, it was not busy & plenty of staff working but most stood around talking doing nothing. Plenty of taxis available opposite hotel, walking to square is around 25 mins walk.

Het meubilair was aan vervanging toe, badkamer : alles was half kapot, het ontbijt trok op niks heeft niks te maken met wat op de foto’s staat en als je een lepeltje, glazen…. Nodig had moest je het elke keer vragen en heel lang wachten voor je iets kreeg.

J’allais régulièrement dans cet hôtel mais cette fois j’ai été déçue car le prix du buffet a été augmenté de 7€ soit 27€ sans être prévenu, sans amélioration des plats et sans que les sites proposant cet hôtel n’affichent le nouveau prix du repas. On est tout simplement pris au dépourvu ce qui n’est pas très agréable

Perfect for my needs
Amazing location, minutes from the liveliest of nightlife but quiet in itself. Wifi even worked in the grounds, by the pool etc. Excellent staff and brilliant value for Hivernage. I'll be back in the spring.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel au moment du séisme au Maroc le 08/09/2023. Très bonne reaction et gestion de tout le personnel pour nous sécuriser et nous assister pendant les évènements. Nous ne pensons pas que cet hôtel soit un 4 étoiles. Accueil du personnel et préparations culinaires de très bonne qualité. Petit bémol : manque d'informations, que ce soit au niveau des activités extérieures ou affichages dans l'hôtel. Nous recommandons tout de même cet établissement à taille humaine.

Personel à l'accueil est sympa. La chambre pas trop propre. Clim ne fonctionne pas très bien. Petit déj moyen. Il faut tout le temps appeler la personne qui fait cuire les œufs. En arrivant elle vous regarde style ( vous voulez Quoi ??). Pas de bonjour ni bonne journée. Brefs aucune formation. La piscine est bien.

L’hôtel est très bien situé le personnel qui travail à l’hôtel ils sont très sympa un accueil super l’hôtel est grand et beau la déco dès salon très jolie aussi le coin piscine. Le seul problème qu’on a eu c’était les moustiques on tué une trentaine par jour sa nous a bien piqué même si la fenêtre est fermé on savait pas d’où sa venez. Mais sinon je recommande l’hôtel à 100% le petit déjeuner aussi

Problème nombre de transats
Le seul gros point négatif à signaler est qu'il y a trop peu de transats. Je n'ai jamais pu en avoir un car il doit y en avoir une petite quarantaine pour tout l'hôtel . Aussi, les gens les réservent hyper tôt le matin voire tard le soir en posant une serviette ou autre dessus. Puis ils vaquent à leurs occupations et reviennent se poser sur les transats et ainsi de suite: ils empêchent donc pas mal de monde d'en profiter... Un conseil, si vous voulez profiter de la piscine, il faut se lever de très bonne heure!!
