Good value for money and the staff was excellent

The staff was extremely helpful and very nice, the room was big clean but the fridge need to be deforested because was a lot ice and the water was leaking on the floor, the water thank of the toilet needs to be fixed.

The front desk staff was kind and supportive but the cleaning staff was inconsistent. The amenities were subpar (no microwave, just a hot plate, and no oven). But, the hotel itself had a calm atmosphere and a great location. Overall I would rate it a 3/5.

Old and dated electrical sockets loose and dangerous. Elevators got stuck with a man there for 15 min in 40 dig heat then had to be manually opened. There was cleaner's every day which was a plus

Very poor standard and hotel needs updating. Rooms very basic, doors falling off in kitchen area, toilet seat falling off and tiles falling off in bathroom. Pool area dirty and pool has no filter so dirty water and way too much chlorine!! Not enough sun loungers for all the guests which caused lots of problems for us as group of 11. Pool bar has reasonable priced snacks such as pizza, burgers and wraps but definitely better standard outside hotel. 2 malls within 5 minutes walk which have good amenities and restaurants! This definitely helped improve our stay having these so close! Just little things like hotel not being able to call taxis, having to ask for rooms to be cleaned and dirty pool area really let hotel down further. Would not come back to this hotel.

I wish I believed them, as sometimes you think, it can’t possibly be THAT BAD. But… IT IS. AND WORSE. The photos you see on the website, must be edited or taken when the hotel first opened. The exterior of the hotel is ‘nice’ compared to what you are met with inside. The hotel staff are lovely, professional and welcoming. That is the ONLY positive I can give you. I wish i took more photo’s. I would avoid this hotel if you have a family with small children or toddlers. There are genuine open bare wires and sockets just hanging out. The door handle, as we walked into our room, just came off in my hand. With the pin/screw just facing forward staring at you for anybody to get stabbed. We came with an 11 month old, who is still on formula milk. You are not given a clean kettle, the kettle had bright red and orange rust inside. We went to the convenience store and purchased all the cleaning products to clean everything we use. The kettle was not salvageable, so we put that to one side and had to boil the water, on a saucepan. The saucepan was actually brand new, so we cleaned it and used it. No sponges are provided, no washing up liquid, no kitchen towels, no hand wash. Zero. Zilch. We stayed for 8 days so we had to purchase everything. You are not even given a microwave, and no washing machine. The cups given, were glass water cups. No mugs for tea. They were also rusty and orange at the bottom. I managed to salvage those by scrubbing and disinfecting those as I bought my baby’s

Best place to stay with family

Accomodation was far better than i expected. Its a new property. Staff were friendly. If i remember his name was Yaseed. He took care of our requests. The other guy came to me to show me shop nearby. Flat had a fridge, over, kitchen utensils, washing machine... Huge space for a family. I am really impressed with my stay. The flat was at Palmier near to a pizza shop called Cucina Napoli. And also walkable distance from Palmier clinique(if someone wants to get taxi from Railway station). Thank you Palmier residence for your hospitality.

We booked a room for 4 persons, two adults and a three years old and a 8 months baby. The first room they gave hade one bedroom with two separate beds. Had to tell them to correct it, they fixed however quickly. The second room had no towels. 30 minutes we had to wait to get towels.

Really disappointed with the condition of the hotel as many of the amenities the room supposed to have was not there. The AC was not working none of the rfamily oom and there was not running water facilities most of the nights-only hot water was available and obviously it was too hot.We were travelling with small children and had early morning excursions trips booked Showerhead was broken along with the holder. Had a terrible time overall. Had to pay a very high price due short period booking but it's not a value for money. Need big time upgrades.
