It was a clean and comfortable accommodation. Ismail was friendly and very helpful. He made us feel very welcome and helped us with the baggage up and down the flight of stairs and in finding a taxi to the airport.

Disfrutando de marrackeh

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena debido que apenas se encuentra a 10 minutos de la plaza Jamelfna, se trata de habitaciones muy cómodas, así como el trabajador nocturno que no recordamos su nombre, es muy atento, y ayuda a los turistas en todo lo que necesiten; lo malo, es que los desagües de los baños huelen un poco mal. Si deseáis ver nuestro vídeo pasaros por el canal de YouTube Life’s Sunday y podréis ver este hospedaje, y nuestra experiencia.

Buena ubicación

Está muy bien ubicado, a unos 7 minutos de la plaxa jama el fna. La riad es pequeña pero bien aprovechada, con una terraza en la azotea con muy buenas vistas. Sin duda lo recomiendo para pasar unos días en Marrakech

Das Personal insbesondere die Herren an der Rezeption waren Mega nett und hilfsbereit in jeder Hinsicht. Persönliche Wünsche wurden direkt erfüllt. Mint Tee zu jeder Zeit vorbereitet und hat richtig lecker geschmeckt. 👍👍👍

I would not stay there, as hotel is inside .

First 2 nights room was good, bathroom in the room. 3rd night we came back to hotel they had change our room to smaller room , toilet outside, as they had booked room for 3 people they gave them bigger room.

Très bon établissement. Claude et Pierre nous ont très bien accueilli. Le riad est parfait ! A 5 minutes à pied de la place jemaa el fna. Je recommande ce riad.

Nos gustó la habitación adecuada con todo (calefacción en invierno) y labavo perfecto con todo (incluso secador de pelo). El desayuno fue excelente y muy completo. El personal del riad fue de lo más amable y nos prestó su ayuda cuando tuvimos problemas con la excursión. Lo único malo la situación del hotel, ya que no se podía acceder en coche aunque había un parking cerca. Igualmente, tiene muy cerca la plaza así que también está bien en ubicación.

Très bon accueil de Claude, Pierre et Brahim, toujours prêts à rendre service. Par contre, nous avons été très déçus par la chambre pour 2 que nous avions réservée et qui ne correspondait pas à la description faite sur le site (minuscule, aucun rangement, avec des toilettes à l'étage en dessous). Claude et Pierre ont pris en compte notre déception et nous ont attribué une chambre beaucoup plus spacieuse dès qu'ils en ont eu la possibilité, sans frais supplémentaires. Notre séjour a de ce fait, été beaucoup plus agréable. Petits déjeuners copieux. Repas au riad, concoctés par Brahim, délicieux (tanjia, tajine de légumes...) Nous garderons un bon souvenir de notre séjour.

- We appreciated the great hospitality and flexibility of the Riad staff! - Very cosy and quiet, despite the fact that this riad is located within the crowded medina very close to the chaotic Jemaa El Funa. We felt like it is our own home. - At least one staff member always stayed in the riad, open the door to welcome us whenever we come back from the outside. English-speaking staff members were also with us when we checked in and checked out, and at other times as needed. We also enjoyed trying to communicate in French. - Breakfast was ready every morning, always with (lipton or mint) tea, coffee, tasty jams, cornbread, bread, eggs, all of which were great refreshment to our stomachs that started to get tired of traditional tagine cuisine every day - Shower was a bit tricky -- it gets super hot at first, then gets cold after 20-30 minutes unless you use it wisely. After waiting for the water to warm up for 1-2 minutes, adjust the faucet to use just a little amount of hot water mixed with lots of cold water first, and gradually increase the amount of hot water and decrease the cold. Then you should be fine. Overall, very nice experience. Thank you!
