Our room was without power for over half our stay. We were told the Hamman was not affected by the power issues but when we partook they ended up having to stop early because they were using cold water on us in the winter. One person in the party fell sick due to the treatment. As a result of the issues during our stay, the stay was comped but as we were leaving one of the managers told us we had to still pay him and pressured us to pay him directly in cash. When we asked for an itemized bill after we discovered the bill had actually been voided and the manager just pocketed the cash himself. Most of the staff was understanding but be weary of one of the managers.
