Not good .. no direction or suggestion from staff.. none told me anything about that I have breakfast is included on my reservation.. finally I found after I ask and was terrible..

Worst hotel, Not recommended at all. Room service terrible. We booked family room and they gave us triplet room and when I complain,they change it. hot water not coming. Room heating not working. No staff understand english.

Free parking and good location. Ok hotel
Have stayed here several times. Normally ok for the price. This time it was different. Probably because the holiday season in Morocco has started. The breakfast restaurant was overcrowded. Long waiting time for everything. Dirty plates. There are two breakfast restaurants at the hotel, but only one was in use. The hotel room was not very clean. They forgot to put in replacement towels.

Disgraceful
Undoubtedly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at!! Filthy (just one example inn pic below), rude, stench was putrid, food gave me an infection (5 days on medication). Staff nice(ish) Management aggressive, & rude. Hotel needs a massive upgrade, and a proper general manager. Nice location

Het zwembad en de strandstoelen zijn zeer mooi. daar stopt ook het positieve, het ontbijt was vreselijk... overal vuile tafels nergens proper bestek/glazen te vinden. zeer beperkt buffet, het enige voedingsrijk eten was een omelet waar je 20min voor moet aanschuiven. verder waren de kamers slecht geïsoleerd waardoor je alles hoorde van buiten, de gang, de kamers rond je kamer. er waren mieren in de kamer.

QUE DIRE! J'ai quitté l'hôtel après 24H alors que 3 jours ont bien été payés! Chambres salles, pas. de wifi, la nourriture un calvaire dès la première bouchée j'ai vomi dans l'assiette!!!! ATROCE et HONTEUX

Hotel moyen et vaut les 4 étoiles en norme locale. Faut pas s’attendre à bcp. Propre. Le point que j’ai trouvé super négatif est le bruit surtout la multitude des chariots qui passent ultra souvent et font un énorme buit car ça roule sur du carrelage. Ca m’a réveillé chaque 10-15 min dès le petit matin

The staff were extremely friendly. Thank you to everyone who helped my family pull off the most impressive birthday surprise. Although the rooms did not have wifi, you could use the slow internet in the lobby. It would have been perfect if the rooms had wifi connection.

Terrible service
I had one of the most terrible experiences at my first day out of 7 in this hotel. The staff work very unprofessional, very old fashion computers which delay the service a lot, so you need patience (a lot). There’s no air condition in the lobby, restaurant or anywhere else besides some rooms, and when it’s 40 degrees outside, you do notice. I didn’t get a room with a functioning air-condition. I had to complain a whole day over this and yell before they offered me another room at night. I had to pack all my stuff and repack which took me a couple of hours. The breakfast is so boring cause it’s almost the same you get everyday. There were insects at the coffee machine one day, so disgusting that I couldn’t drink my coffee. No electric kettle at our rooms so one could enjoy coffee or tea at the evenings - so all in all, such a BAD experience and a very lousy service. Will not recommend this place to anyone!

Établissement catastrophique pas de Clim pas de wifi os de choix au petit déjeuner j’ai réservé une chambre avec un grand lit à l’arrivée ils n’ont pas de grand lit on m’informe la nuit arrivé de régler ça le lendemain à la réception on nous donne une autre chambre avec 2 lits mais cette fois ils ont trouvé le système d’une fermeture éclair pour joindre les 2 matelas. Le petit déjeuner avec une chaleur de plus de 40 degrés pas de climatisation dans le restaurant le fromage le beurre sont à la disposition des clients meme pas au frais tout est chaud les aliments sont sensés respecter la chaîne du froid honteux et je vous raconte même pas les pannes d’électricité dans l’hôtel vous êtes sans lumière et cela pendant 5 heures je ne comprends vraiment pas pourquoi expédia laisse cette hôtel sur leur site 👎👎

Hotel needs updating
This hotel can do with major updates, the first room we got was dark and on ground floor there was a old black banana stuck behind the tv,we moved the next morning rooms second room was ok showers can do with major updates pool was freezing cold, staff are freindly and do try to help but the hotel needs overall updating all around. The breakfast was the nicest thing there.

Racist staff , go to other hotels... Not worth a visit as no smile was given ... and things don’t look normal with the way the staff are looking to their customers!!! Seems like a prison treatment!!!!!!!
