“The service was very good. The hotel Arranged transport from the airport and then had a staff member meet us at the edge of the Medina and walk us in. The rooms themselves are nothing to write home about, but are in a very authentic Moroccan style. Upon checkin there were no towels but they quickly rectified that. “One of our many stays here and whilst we would return, there is room for improvements. The rooms are lovely and spacious; however, our room was very noisy late at night due to being adjacent to a nightclub and service areas. Unfortunately earplugs were not available at the front desk. Food is always fantastic with plenty of options and the grounds are stunning and well maintained. Waiting staff in the restaurant and bars are wonderful and the rooms were well kept by housekeepers.”
