"I had a King Room. There was 1 desk chair. No sitting chair. I called the front desk to see if there was one I could get. I was told they didn’t have any more chairs. I asked about taking a plastic chair from the pool area. I was told to not take one from the pool area. Then I was told that it would be fine if I went over to Walmart and bought a lawn chair to bring back and use in the room!!! I found this to be completely unacceptable!!"

"We stayed in the older part of the hotel. Some of the hallways really needed a good vacuum cleaning. Our rooms air was not working well at all. Room was clean, but, there looked to be a swedish fish candy stuck to the ceiling! Very strange!"

"The room was very clean. Staff was friendly and the night clerk was helpful with a key issue. Breakfast was very good. The only issue was the rain shower head, we were not a fan of it."

"He could have not had better service or better stuff anywhere we stayed. The woman at the front desk when we checked in (late evening) was absolutely phenomenal. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and cared for. The next time we are in town there is no question about where we will stay. "

"We love staying at this hotel when we are up in that area. It is very nice to have a hotel that has a wheel in shower for our child that is disabled. The staff are always very friendly and helpful."

"Sleep Inn & Suites was not good. Dirty room, I don't think they ever cleaned the bathroom. Staff was using off language around my young grandson. Not professional."
