This is definitely not a hotel. It's a boarding pl
Microwave coffee. Does not clean room. No access or info to anything. No Wi Fi. Its like a JAIL! NOT A HOTEL. It would be great if Expedia stop listing this facility as a hotel. It is not a HOTEL. Our vacation was ruined.

I was under the impression that I was staying in Fort-De-France. I was really staying at Floreal, which it is close to Fort-De-France. There is nothing to do at Floreal. For somebody to put that the hotel is located at Fort-De-France is very misleading.
My advice to those who are planning to stay at this hotel is to rent a car. The next time I come back to Martinique, I will stay at either Fort-De-France or Trois Ilets, so that I do not not have to pay so much money for a cab from Fort-De-France to Floreal (30 Euros).

Calme et zen
Séjour très agréable et calme. L'accueil a été fort sympathique. Nous avons été immédiatement mis à l'aise, et les attentions n'ont pas manqué à notre égard. Comme à la maison... la quiétude et le service en plus.

French atmosphere cute hotel.
I liked the hotel.
The only one minus was that when we arrived the room which I booked was not available, they accommodate us in single, which was too little for two.
The rest was fine. Nice furniture, friendly manager. Perfect views, balconies, nice shower and hot water, fridge. Parking.
Outside hotel and garden needs restoration....

Wonderful people
Its definitely a place with a lot of potential.
No frills but has necessary amenities. Great for the budget traveler or backpacker.
THE WONDERFUL & ATTENTIVE STAFF made all the difference. Myself & two other travelers from the USA arrived not knowing how to speak any French. Neither did most of the staff speak enlgish...Then came in Madame Sylvie..the owner who stepped in and took care of us like we were her own daughters. She arranged sightseeing, made taxi & restaurant reservations, and made sure we saw the best of the beautiful island.The rest of the staff was just as nice if not more. They really made our trip fantastic! I would definitely stay there again!

Première grosse déception sur hotel.com
Réservation confirmée et payée, mais à mon arrivée surprise, il ne me reste que des chambres devant faire l'objet de travaux, la gérante n'était pas informée de ma venue. Les chambres sont vieillottes, la literie en mauvais état, en bref chère pour ce niveau de qualité.
