“This is an excellent property with caring owners. The rooms are well-appointed, parking is a dream, there is a great park and the river nearby. Marty and Tiff run the property semi-remotely, which actually works very well! Very responsive to requests and attentive to their guests needs. Scones from the cafe in town were a nice addition. Be sure to ask for daily room cleaning if you want it, try the lounge—which has a very good whiskey collection—and just enjoy!”

“1) 숙소가 정결해서 좋았다. 욕실 이곳저곳을 타월로 닦아 청소상태를 점검하는 아내도 아무 불평을 하지 않았고, 덕분에 방 바꿔 달라는 요청을 하지 않아 편했다. 2) 직원들이 친절하고 상냥했다. Wi-Fi를 연결 못했는데 접수대에 노트북을 가져가니 직접 연결시켜 주었고, 한밤중에 바람 쐬러 잠시 나갔다 들어올 때 남자직원이 기다렸다가 출입문을 열어 주었다. 3) 온도랑 환기 조절을 잘 못해서인지 한밤중에 환풍기 도는 소리가 한때 시끄러웠다.”

“Loved our stay. The Hotel itself is very interesting, comfortable, and of quality. It's location right downtown on the waterfront gives wonderful access to everything. We especially enjoyed our morning latte's and pastries in the hotel coffee shop. A great start to the day. We explored downtown La Crosse, ate at the many restaurants, and took regular walks through the park and along the waterfront. Delightful!”

“Guest room was over 80 degrees the whole weekend. AC unit was not working. A portable unit and 2 fans were put in the room instead, which did little to no good. When asked to be moved, was told there was no other rooms with 2 beds, was given no other options and no discount. The room smelled musty from all the hot stale air.”

“The staff was great but our check was not. I have a 6 foot 3 wheelchair man. Booked a wheelchair room but couldn’t get him in the bathroom it only had a bathtub. They changed rooms that accommodated us but the soap stuff was across from the wheelchair seat. We went to use the shower handle and it fell off the wall. It was not fixed for our stay. We booked 2 rooms the other room had other guests staying in it already. We checked in at 4pm had to go to a wedding rehearsal at 5. We had hoped to...
