"Did not notify of construction, impossible to sleep. Had to complain five times. Property treats Expedia customers like they don’t have to attend to their needs. Breakfasts suck with barely any veggie options. Pool was closed. In the middle of nowhere. Absolutely worst part of our trip. Expedia still hasn’t responded with refund"

"The were nor pleasant to deal deal with and seem uncaring when talking to them. The so called breakfast was not a breakfast at all. It consisted of a broken coffee machine and 2 waffle makers and a cold cereal dispenser. There where no eggs, sausages, bacon, danishes, toast or anything like what the advertisement make you believe. I checked in Wednesday evening and woke up thursday next morning expecting coffee and a decent breakfast and was brutally disappointed. After that experience I didn’t bother with the horrible breakfast Friday or Saturday. The place is not very organized. Also, my room trash or linen was not refreshed the whole time I was there."

"The room assigned to us is clean and organized. Slidding wood door need to get fix. Its hard and no handle. Hard to push. Room is NOT quiet. You can hear neighbors noise, loud stumps when guests walk on the upper floor especially when there are kids. Its annoying and i was not able to rest enought my 7 nights stay. The breakfast easily run out fast. The staff are friendly. The muslim receptionist is friendly and always smile. The self laundry is a huge help . They have gym but i did not use it. Pool is also available for those who want to use it. Safe place with free parking but not quiet . This will be my firsr and last. "
