Two staff members were surrounded by personal items (purses, phones, takeout containers, drink bottles, chargers), which immediately felt unprofessional. One had her feet up while checking us in, and the interaction felt more like we were an inconvenience than guests—just “last name?” and “license?” with no warmth or welcome. The room itself was fine, but several basic service issues made the stay frustrating. The restaurant was closed with no prior notice. The room didn’t have a blow dryer, and when we called to request one, no one answered. We went down to the front desk and found no one there—after waiting about 10 minutes, someone finally arrived and said they’d send one up. After another 30+ minutes with nothing delivered, I ended up knocking on a neighboring room to borrow one. A little attention to detail and basic customer service would go a long way for Crowne Plaza."

"At both check-in and check-out there was not a staff member to be found. I was calling the front desk to check-in after waiting quite a while, and I asked the maintenance person to help me find someone to check-out after waiting a while again the next morning. The hotel could use a little sprucing up and did not match the expectations we had for it. The hotel listed a restaurant but it was not open."

"It was safe and clean and in a cool neighborhood. I had issues with my room and they moved me to another room since they could not fix the issues with my original room. The staff was responsive. The bed was very comfortable. There are several things that would make the room better for minimal cost - a mirror over the bathroom sink (near the outlet) so you can dry your hair would be good, for example."

"The rooms are clean and modern and very well kept. Parking is very convenient in the garage although I’m not happy with a $15 per night fee. Excellent bagel place with fresh homemade bagels for breakfast on the property. Overall, very beautiful hotel."
