โI liked that at night the only way to get into the hotel was with a swipe card, nobody works at the front desk during those night hours so I felt safe. Parking was great and just walking in the area around to get to the restaurants and shopping was really easy.โ
โThe team made the stay for us. Really nice, genuine and people. Special mention for the way breakfast is served and a shout out for the breakfast sandwiches and baked eggs!

โPark here, and you can walk all of central Kennebunk and Kennebunkport. Really convenient location. The building isnโt new, but it is beautifully maintained and really clean. Comfortable beds, great shower in the bathroom, friendly staff. This will be the place we always stay when we return.โ
โI liked that the property was big in size and had perfect rooms but one of the do not go to a single room when you have more than three people in the room anyway it was super nice.โ
โLoved this place! Perfect for families. Loved the free bike rentals, free sโmores kits, continental breakfast with amazing muffins and a good variety of board games. Super close to Main Street and all the shops! Highly recommend!โ
โOur stay at the Breakwater Inn was great! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very nice woman who gave us clear instructions on where to park, where our room was, as well as menus for both the restaurant across the street Mabel's, and the restaurant in the hotel. โI saw some negative reviews regarding the "older decor" of the property. If you know this in advance and you're not super bougie, this is the place to go. I actually enjoyed feeling like I was back 25 years ago before cell phones and chaos. The property is super clean and well-kept with a nice pool.
