"We found the property to be shabby - the lobby was cramped, and felt run down. Our room was pretty beat up; the mirror in the bathroom was bashed, there was a chunk out of the bathroom show tile, a mouse ran across the room and darted under the refrigerator in the room. The hallway had linoleum flooring that was meant to look like wood, but was coming up all over the place and made for an opportunity to trip if you didn't watch your step."

"Excellent location. Way to expensive for what you get. Want breakfast or other food, go next door to the Reading Station Plaza. At only $25 for the Breakfast Buffet and next door for a great breakast $10. Parking is a real scam at $40 per day. "

"On check in was informed we got an upgrade but that was not the case. We had breakfast included but at check in they failed to give us the vouchers we needed for the breakfast. And was only for $27 per person. No complimentary water in room. Saw a cockroach in the ladies toilets on the lower ground floor. The roof bar was not available when we arrived and was closed Sunday night. For anyone booking please be aware that the liberty bell will ring hourly from 5am and you will hear it! "
