Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean Tower Waikoloa Village
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel and view were beautiful. Nice and clean. We enjoyed every minute of the stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing that I wasn’t happy about was the fact that all of the laundry rooms were out of service so I had to walk across to another building to do my laundry."
"This property is a beautiful location and offers a variety of activities. The staff was very helpful and willing to be of service. I would recommend this property to anyone!"
"Stunningly well designed and maintained. Super relaxing. Extraordinary helpful and kind staff. Ridiculously good food. For us it was truly worth the marginal extra cost. When we went, it wasn't *that* much more expensive than the other properties but is by far the nicest. Nice snorkeling right off their beach which is one of the only sand beaches around. A large family pool and a very nice adult pool. Excellent rooms. Just beautiful."
"There are genuinely no complaints. Was hesitant going into it since there weren’t many reviews but they are very hospitable and provide you everything you need other than food on your stay. Toaster, electric kettle laundry etc. everything provided. It’s located right by two of arguable the best shopping centers on big island, like a 5 minute walk away. Genuinely no complaints."
"The place was well maintained and the kids loved the pool/ waterslides. Parking was easy and our access to the Hilton Waikoloa Village was a plus. Only down side was that the restaurant closes too early and the maid service did not replace bath towels. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again."
"Bring mosquito repellent. Waterfall was nice. If frog croaking sounds bother you bring ear plugs. I found it peaceful. If fact I found a frog in my room the first morning."
"The room was beautiful. The staff was more than friendly. The spa was amazing. I would definitely recommend to family and friends and I will definitely stay there again."
