The staff was great! Rooms in the tower were under construction. Because they are updating. But our room in the the other building was clean and had a great view The location is the best! Right in the golden zone The pools are very nice The beach side restaurant was very good!

Left a tip each day for room cleaner. No face cloths in room.Had to leave a note for water. Received it 1 day. No coffee or H2O replenishment for 1 week. Dirty coffee cups left in room, called front desk to complain & was ignored. Pool waiters & doormen were fabulous & tipped accordingly. To summarize, the room was not cleaned well at all. Usually, I would just say it was OK, but I think they could have done much better.

The person that checked us in was not pleasant at all and when he saw that we booked through Expedia he got even ruder. The furniture on our balcony was rusted and the table leg had rusted through and was broken. Our air conditioner in the bedroom clanged and banged all night. Other than that the rest of the staff were very nice and the grounds were beautiful!

Couldn't control the a/c heat. Hair dryer didn't work . Called the front desk. No response. We had a suite. The hot water only worked in the bathroom off the bedroom. Jacuzzi tubs not much warmer than the pool. The service out by the pool was great.
