A Great Stay

It was a great experience. As soon as we got to the Front Desk we had a pleasant welcoming. A smiling and friendly face welcomed us and the check in was smooth. Breakfast was really good and abundant.

Somewhat satisfied.

I slept comfortably. The room was clean for the most part. The trash can in the bedroom area was not emptied. There was a used plastic fork on the table. The floor around the a/c unit was wet. A/C condensation I'm guessing. Staff was friendly.

Ghetto af!

The front lobby was nice and clean wonderful worker at front. It was looking great until we got to our room! We were given room 136 and we quickly noticed that it did NOT have an iron or blow dryer like other hotels have. The beds are not queens but full size. So it’s tight for 2 people per bed. The main issue was the door had a lot of issue with closing the door which kind of worried us if it was actually secure or not.

Rooms were not up to par. In comparison to the pictures on file it was totally different in the room. There was rust in the tub on the lamps. There was very little light. The box of the bed was smaller so the mattresses didn’t fit properly each end was bigger and you couldn’t lay in bed we had to bring an air mattress. Not the experience we were expecting for the price we paid. The only thing that was awesome was the air conditioner and the breakfast. The staff was also very friendly.

I rented two rooms and had a horrible experience. One of the rooms had a hole in the ceiling that was leaking water both of the beds smell like cologne and perfume super dirty no clean towels and hair all over the tub in the other room no remote for TV. Once I figured how to turn on the TV. It was all shattered and broken. They didn’t get a response from facility. Also bad was super dirty. You could obviously tell the linen had not been changed within days. At the end, I was told I could get a 10% discount on our next stay.

Room was awful no light on the lamp, light socket off the wall, no tv nor WIFI. Hair dryer was not working. Ask for an early check in.. and were charging an extra $40 for that.. overall… very bad experience i dont think ill be checking this place again..
