El único motivo por el que elijo este hotel es por el cargador de Tesla, pero el personal de recepción es muy antipático empezando por Carlos Marquez y Max, son personas que NO deberían trabajar en hotelería ya que no son nada amables, no saben lo que es la empatía y no dan soluciones simplemente no quieren ayudar al huésped, es un hotel que no recomiendo parece que te están haciendo un favor al hospedarte con ellos... El único recepcionista amable y que merece una felicitación es Edward, él siempre se mostró atento y con ganas de ayudarnos nuestras solicitudes y preguntas.

Hice una reservación la noche anterior a mi llegada para poder tener acceso a la habitación temprano porque viajé con mi bebe de 2 meses, y a mi llegada me informaron que habían vendido mi habitación porque no llegué antes de las 3:00 am aun cuando ya estaba PREPAGADA. Me atendió CARLOS MARQUEZ, supuestamente gerente de recepción pero es la persona menos empatica y con ninguna actitud de servicio, no dio opciones simplemente me dijo que tenia que esperar hasta las 3:00 pm para tener mi habitación... La hotelería es servicio, pero tanto Carlo como los recepcionistas no conocen lo que es el servicio al cliente, es un hotel que no recomiendo!

Every time we travel we choose Embassy Suites. We love all the amenities, the happy hour, the food is delicious, the rooms are so comfortable and all the goodies inside make it more enjoyable!

Very nice, low key, location with interesting shopping and eatery around. We chose this hotel due to the tesla chargers. The complimentary breakfast is not only convenient, but also delicious and varied. There’s also happy hour! And the dinning on site is reasonably priced as well as tasty. The rooms are spacious, comfortable; well lit, and organized in such a manner that privacy is possible even sharing the suite, since the bathroom has two separate entrances.

The breakfast was TERRIBLE!!!!!! The 2 bedroom suite was much smaller than what they show in the pictures. The cleanliness was good and the area around the property was convenient.

Cancelaron mi reservación sin aviso. Llegue a las 9 pm al hotel para hacer mi check in y me dijeron que ellos habían cancelado mi reservación. Que debo haber llegado antes de las 6 pm. Yo seleccioné pagar directo en el hotel a la hora de reservar y jamás me había pasado esto incluso llegando tarde a otros hoteles. A esa hora tuve que buscar donde quedarme porque aparte me dijeron que no tenían cupo.
