"This hotel is in a great area and walkable to the village. Bruce at the front desk is a gem and one of the reasons we would stay here again. He goes above and beyond for customers. The property is nice and the pool and hot tubs are lovely too."
"The hotel was somewhat dated but very clean and very comfortable. The mattress for the pull out is old Customer service was above excellent at Mosaic. I understand a revamp is coming. "
"The room was clean and air conditioner was working very well. One main issue is about a very small section for breakfast and waiting time to fill fruits or eggs was too much.
Other than that it was not too far from shopping centers. The employees were kind and helpful.
