"When we walked in the front door, the entry and lobby smelled so good - EVERY day. Our room and bathroom were very clean. AC was wonderful. Room was spacious. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Christina at the front desk was always warm, friendly, cheerful and helpful- no matter the time of day. She is a HUGE plus to this location. Breakfast was exceptional for a "hotel breakfast." Suggestion: More lights are needed on the side of the room above the fridge/TV/dresser area. Too dark on that side of the room."

"I’m now fully committed to staying only at Home2 Suites by Hilton because of this property! Entire property was super well-thought out, modern, very clean, and well maintained! Room has a very useful floorpan for working remotely from rhe room with family/children and it even has a full kitchen with a garbage disposal and dishwasher. Outdoor pool was amazing for my kiddos to enjoy! They thought they were going to be bored as I had to work that afternoon, only to find the pool and breakfast were both an amazing break for them. Seating in vreakfast room was ample. My toddler loved his breakfast and found plenty to eat. Room had a full desk and couch. It is separated by a partition curtain so that family members can remain asleep while kitchen/desk areas are lit up (game changer). I have managed hotel front desks before, and it can be a difficult job. However, I was super impressed by the professionalism and service provided by both night auditors that checked me in! I wish I could remember their names. The woman with the violet hair was very sweet and friendly to my toddler, which made his day. (We stayed on both front and end of our trip from Indy to Gatlinburg.). Area is safe and parking is great. Pergola all lit up in the front made walking in late at night with my kids feel safer and more welcoming than other hotels we’ve stayed at in the same price range. Will stay again. Thank you!"

"Several reviews raved about breakfast. Assorted breads from Walmart. A high school student made a waffle, took one bite, and tossed it. The following were marked ‘Out of order’: 1st floor women’s room, 2nd floor ice machine, and something else. Black mold on ice machine. Lobby not mopped 3 days. Footprints on walls in elevator. Miscellaneous stain on mattress in room. Dirty dishes in lobby 3 days. Hallways smelled of pot. Overall should have spent the extra $20 for someplace else."
