โclean room, nice staff, it could use more parking toward the front but overall it's a great place to stay and I have stayed here the last couple of times that I have came to Shreveport.โ
โEverything was wonderful, but you had one cleaner that we asked for towels in the hallway that had such a snobby attitude and I asked her how was her day just to try to uplift her spirit and I donโt know if she was going through something but work isnโt the place to bring problems other than that it was an awesome stay. โ
โI liked how knowledgeable and friendly the front desk clerks are! They give off a warm welcoming feeling and assure you of any needs they are their to assist ! Also, the hotel cleanliness, safety, and quiet atmosphere made my husband and i feel relaxed and we will be booking here again ! โ
โWhen I first arrive, it was a young man that checked me in. I did not get his name, but he was very professional.
The next morning, when I went down to breakfast, it was a young lady. (I know she work on Tuesday and was off on Wednesday). I called her to breakfast lady) I did not get her name, but she was very friendly and made me feel so welcome. Yes, just because of these two staff members, I will return in the future.
Only one issue the shower control did not work properly. โ
โAmazing! We traveled to this area for a Church event our first hotel was a Wingate by Wyndham and it was literally filthy. Not fit for animals. Hilton Garden Inn delivered in absolutely every way. Phenomenal everything. Will definitely be my number one choice going forward. Spotless property!!!! Thank you!!!โ
โHad an enjoyable stay here with no complaints except of how long it took to get checked in. There was a line of people waiting to get checked in by just 2 people working. Iโm assuming there was several events in town. โ
