Amazing stay. The best thing is the view and the quick access to the haram. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious but choices were limited.

We had a great time at this property. They have good breakfast buffet style with staff always ready to help. Highly recommend this place. The hotel is in the clock tower so exits directly to the clock tower mall and food courts. The second exit directly takes you to the haram. We had a side view of Kaaba which was worth it.

This is my second time staying at the Swissottel, it is by far the best hotel in Makkah. Clean rooms, super friendly staff, proximity to Kaaba and best buffet ever. Will always be my first choice in Makkah.
