Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean upon arrival and adequately stocked with towels, soap, etc. Beds are extremely comfortable, and the blackout curtains allowed for much needed rest into the late morning. The wallpaper in the bathroom of room 234 could use to be replaced soon, but otherwise a wonderful stay!

Front guest Staff was fantastic and the bistro personnel are pleasant and the room has really blackout curtains. However, the gaps under the front door amplify hallway noises and proximity to the the local highway is louder than other properties.

Older but clean

The good news is that it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. That being said, the AC was very loud and couldn't sleep because of it. There is no breakfast of any sort unless you pay 15.00 to the bistro. And the place was old around the edges.

We only had an issue with clenlines of the bathroom. We noticed a couple of bars of soap left in the shower from the previous guest. Other than that everything was ok.

Bonvoy Special

I enjoyed myself at this hotel and the staff, I received a warm greeting upon arrival and every time i interacted with them. I didn't have a phone in my room and there was a fire the night before and I was not made aware of this . but the staff did everything possible to make everything comfortable. The Cook and Bartenders made me and my family feel extra special and stayed longer each night to serve us.

Changed to a room with only 1 bed

I booked a room with two beds, one a pull-out so that two non-related adults could sleep, and one needing a wheelchair. They had to change our room to a non-wheelchair tub which was fine, but they also changed our room to have only one bed. Which meant I had to sleep on the floor since the couch was too small for me at 6foot 3inches tall. They had no other rooms, and no cots and could not cancel our room.

I stayed for 3 nights. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I enjoyed everything about this except for a couple of minor things - TV channels were very limited and there was no guide available or a way to increase the brightness (picture was too dark). The fridge is so tiny and not much fits inside - the freezer had a huge ice block and started leaking water so I put a rolled up washcloth inside and it was fine. The AC would not stay on. It cut on and off all night which kept me from sleeping well. The fan stays on but the temperature would go up and it got too hot. No big deal, it was tolerable. Other than those little things, my stay was just fine. :)

Room was very clean and bathroom very well stocked. Requested coffee creamer at front desk and was met getting off elevator by room service with coffee creamer. Very fast and courteus service by all staff. Will definitely stay again when visiting the mechanics pa area.
