Great property and amazing staff. Most speaks English and security is outstanding. Directly connects to a shopping center with tons of options for food, shopping, and grocery store. Love, Love, Love this location. Staff knows most of taxis and we were able to find a driver to takes us all over this Gorgeous city.

The staff was super nice and the breakfast was good. The room was very nice. The only thing I did not like was the accessibility of the pool and how slick the floor was in the shower with no mat. To get to the pool it was necessary to walk down a long flight of stairs

Amazing staff. Treat you more like family!
From customer service to comfort we have nothing to say but positive things about this hotel. The staff was amazingly attentive and helpful. We stayed here due to the brand and location of the hotel. It is next door to a great shopping center which has everything! The staff at the hotel are what every hotel should emulate....friendly, great customer service and happy to be there. Valentino is their mascot so be sure to meet him. There are too many to mention for how wonderful they were. The hotel rooms were clean and comfy. The breakfast had many options, and the coffee was so good. They have a great happy hour and Erica makes the BEST mojitos and margaritas we've ever tasted. The spa was really good too. The pool was refreshing. Definitely a five-star experience. It is within walking distance to some places in Poblado although navigating some streets at night can be tricky with traffic. I would defnitely stay here again.

Stayed for 6 nights. Nice room with clean bathroom and cold air-conditioning. Great staff (check-in, room service, breakfast area). Good breakfast. Connected to a mall (Oviedo) and supermarket (Carulla). Great and safe location (El Poblado is upscale). 15-min walk to Lleras park (restaurants, nightlife).
