Manager would not recognize our credit card payment $600 dollars paid in advance. After 10 days he made us pay in cash and told us we had to leave that day. This was the worst hotel experience in my whole life. Hope Expedia doesn't book this hotel ever again.

Ni me gusto, ni me parecio, no respetaron la reserva, llegue al hotel mala atencion de los encargados. Se limitaron a decir no tenemos convenio con Ayenda. No pude conseguir alojamiento esa noche en Medellin por esta cancelacion, me tuve que desplazar a un municipio diferente a hospedarme.

Pesimas coordinaciones entre hoteles.com

Se hizo la reservacion y al momento del ingreso no aparecio la reservacion, el hotel se encontraba full ocupacion y toco buscar otro hotel. Sin la mas minima ayuda del hotel y de hoteles.com. deja mucho que desear.

Decepcionada las fotos son antiquísimas

Realmente me impacto el estado de las sabanas y toallas completamente roídas. Use un cuarto con dos camas y pedí una toalla adicional porque solo había una y me dieron una de color completamente manchada me atrevería a decir que las toallas estaban ambas para ponerlas en la basura. El servicio al cliente fue muy bueno, las personas fueron muy serviciales y amables. Pero el estado del hotel es como original y nunca le han actualizado nada. La nevera estaba mega sucia y no había agua caliente. Realmente no lo recomendaría ni me quedaría allí de nuevo. Para terminar, no se quien lo catalogo en 3.5 estrellas? En realidad, no lo es.
