This is a great mid-size hotel for all travelers. The staff is great and super professional, and courteous. The hotel manager was very kind and thoughtful towards all of the guests' needs. I highly recommend this hotel!! Thumbs up all the way!

Exceeded expectations

Definitely a five star hotel. Floor 4 at least was recently renovated and in great modern condition. Breakfast was good; did not eat dinner or have cocktails on site though. Location was excellent. There was plenty of foot traffic nearby to feel safe walking at night but was far enough away from the clubs to be quiet. We would stay here again.

The suite was very spacious and comfortable. I typically stay at Casa Dann Carlton or Dann Carlton Bogota if they are full. The quality of their breakfast food is far superior not just in variety, but in freshness.
