Breakfast was wonderful! Good options, everything very flavorful, and the waiter & waitress were great . The room was very small and without a good view. The website states the staff is bilingual and that was not the case for the days I was there. With our limited Spanish and the front desk not being bilingual it was challenging to get information we needed.

Hotel is well maintained, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Complementary breakfast is plentiful and tasty. Very near Estadio station...great location. Hotel is just perfect BUT it is in the middle of the party zone in Medellin and it is very noise at night..all night. If you are alight sleeper make a note of this.

The hotel is immaculate, the staff is very polite and with a great attitude to help. The hotel is very close to the "La 70" a very nice area with many bars and restaurants, and very close to the Estadio Metro Station; Even though it is close to all the party areas, the hotel is quiet. I have been there 3 times and will keep booking my stays there.

I had a suite, you needed to navigate between the toilet and shower wall to enter the shower. Room was spacious. I feel happy about the room. Staff was very helpful, breakfast was delicious.

It’s billed as a business hotel but it’s in a night club district. The patrons also are noisy and the walls are thin. The staff is great though.

Property is Great with nice Location. The Restaurant service of the Hotel was Terrible. I come from the Hotel and Service area from an Island where Service should be the outmost to all clients and I did not find this at this Hotel. I needed to wait almost 30 minutes to have some coming to ask if I wanted something, after I scan the QR code of the menu and was waiting. After all, I had still have to walk to the counter to pay. On the other hand, the next day There was breakfast included which was fine but Again, there haven't been Anyone that came by to ask If I needed something or not or Even if I was staying at the Hotel itself. Please fix this ....
