Worst experience ever!
I had 3 nights reservations, and i left 6 hours after checking in after finding spiders in the room.
The hotel didn't offer any other option. However, 3 days after that and after several emails (and after i get back home) they offered me changing the room and the hotel!! what a joke!

They where excelent the only thing was Camilo the receptions guy I spoke to him on Thursday the 13 that I have to leave 1 day ahead and the reason was my I had a surgery and have to for urgent and he didn’t help me to at least get some of the extra money fees back that I have to pay because I live in usa, i explained to him but he doesn’t help I will really like the hotel or owner teach him to treat better the clients because I have been 3 consecutives years visiting this hotel thank yiu

Great location near Parque Lleras!
The rooms on the first floor near the dining area makes sleeping in an issue due to the chatter of noisy guests coming down to beat the breakfast rush. Would be nice if bathroom came with a glass for the sink. Otherwise a decent hotel for the price.

This lovely little hotel is in a beautiful area called zona Rosa where there are lots of nice little restaurants. Quiet at night. A 20 minute walk to the metro. Staff very friendly and helpful. Fabulous breakfast included.

Very abusive charges for extra people to come for meetings or visits. No recommended for business meetings at all or for friends to visit as policy is to charge $150,000 pesos per person. Ridiculous!
