I Constantly stay at this hotel. The staff makes me feel very welcomed, they are very attentive and most important,I know that I can trust them. Location is very nice, very central, a short distance from anywhere by taxi, and if you are like me, I take the Metro which is just a five minute walk away. I highly recommend it.

Hotel needs revamping. The internet was unusable on all channels. If you need it, avoid thid place. Staff is ok, breakfast ok. Room key was one of those ancient perforated plastic cards that broke in the lock. The receptionist tried to make me pay for it! Location is not bad, in safe area but a couple of nearby resto-bars play very loud, competing music until 3 am. Overall it’s overrated on this site.

Warning: Noisy and unprepared
We arrived after traveling 23 hours. We were very tired and just wanted to sleep. Our room was not ready. They tried to put us in a much smaller room even though we paid for a suite with a kitchen. It was after 3:30 pm when we arrived but we had to wait more than an hour before we finally got the correct room. There was nothing in the kitchen to prepare food with or to eat off off. There were no glasses, plates, silverware, or pans. Nothing. It was very noisy and the whole room shook through the night. There is a gym nearby where someone begins shouting and counting each morning before dawn for hours so we could not get a good sleep. The breakfast area has no windows and is very dismal. While there are nice views, this is not a hotel I would recommend. When it was time to leave, the taxi I requested through the front desk arrived 15 minutes early which was very stressful.

Perfect Economical Safe Hotel
Location was great. Not quite Laureles but close enough. The area is comfortable and walkable. Carrera 80 is right there with restaurants and stores. Excellent ‘avocado’ restaurant connected to hotel. Nice rain shower with hot water.

Check in was great! Rooms are spacious. Housekeeping was friendly and efficient. Location is outstanding! Best of all: rain shower with abundant hot water! Shout out to Santiago. He’s an asset to the staff: super friendly and helpful!! Night staff was great too but I don’t remember his name.

Freundliches und sauberes Mittelklassehotel nahe der Metro Station Floresta. Zum Logieren ideal, einzig der Fitness Club im Nachbarhaus störte uns extrem. Ab 5 Uhr riesen Geschrei, schlaffen war da nicht mehr möglich.

Older building, bathrooms are supremely updated to modern standards with running hot water. Depending on which room you choose a lot of bang for your buck believe me. Very unique experience, in the real part of Medellin.

Mi hotel favorito en Medellin desde 2016. Si busca un lugar tranquilo y bien ubicado este es el lugar. En el area de La Floresta tiene acceso a transportacion, bancos, restaurantes, supermercados, estacion metro y mucho mas.

A lovely boutique hotel. They have seating areas outside of the rooms for family visitations and tables to eat at if you want to take your meals inside the hotel in comfort. I would highly recommend staying there.

Nuestra experiencia fue comoda, nosotros alquilamos un apartamento estuvo cómodo y limpio pero hubo un detalle que realmente no nos gustó, fue que la cocina no venía equipada con nada, al llamar a recepción la respuesta fue de que nesecitabamos, dimos la indicación de las cosas y se demoraron mucho en llevarlas al igual que nos entregaron sucias. No había jabón ni limpiones para poder tener organizado o limpio los días que nos quedamos. Ese fue el único detalle y el mas importante porque decidimos cocinar y no teníamos las cosas.

Excelente hotel en Medellín.
Muy buena ubicación, en una zona segura y tranquila, a media calle de una avenida con comercios y restaurantes y muy cerca de una línea de metro. Una bonita caminata de 20 minutos o un recorrido en automóvil de 10 minutos hasta la zona hotelera y de restaurantes, bares y discotecas de la carrera 70. Hotel con excelente servicio e instalaciones. Muy buena limpieza. Gran amabilidad por parte de todo el personal. Volveremos, sin duda.

I stayed at this hotel for 8 days. The breakfast was amazing, clean rooms, and beautiful staff. Its Wonderful a hotel for Americas.. The only major downside is the wifi in the rooms. It works in the hallway but not in the rooms. I hope they fix this before My next trip or I WILL NOT BE BOOKING HERE AGAIN. Overall a 9 out of 10!

I’ve been going to this hotel for the pass two years and I love it. I spent over 1500 dollars at this hotel and I just don’t understand why they can’t fix the WiFi. WIFI SUCK I HOPE THEY FIX THE PROBLEM BEFORE I COME BACK IN MARCH. OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS A 9/10. 😎
