โIt's a low-cost but very comfortable hotel.
--I got a fine deal but apparently it's available for as low as 70USD at times, which would be a steal.
--No reception desk but daily cleaning service and they replace your water and tea.
--Not in a tourist area so there is a nice selection of authentic restaurants and cafes nearby.
--Very quiet despite being on a major street and close to a hospital. Apparently the rooms are soundproofed.

โThe staff were extremely welcoming. This was our first time out of our country internationally on our own so we were very nervous about how to get around ect, the staff answered any questions we had, at any hour of the night the staff would be present at the front desk always smiling and eager to assist. We loved this stay at COCO MAT :)โ
โWe spent 3 weeks here while we explored Athens. It was easy to get to major attraction by bus. The staff was super friendly and always willing to help in anyway. We would highly recommend staying here.โ
