“Room was spotless, bed firm and oh so comfortable. Staff was perfect. Curteous, kind, very polite welcoming. Ismail was the perfect host and guide, accomodating and a priceless resource. We could not have been happier, and loved our stay so much hated to leave. Such a blissful stay. ”

“Although I stayed for just one night, it was amazing. Got lots of rest, the staff were great, dinner was delicious, and even though we were leaving very early in the morning, quite some time before breakfast would be open, they set up a table with lots of food so we wouldn't leave on an empty stomach. ”

“The room is nicely furnished. There is a separate seating area with sofa, TV and an electric stove. Bathroom is nice and clean. Location is in a very busy area of town with many restaurants, bakeries, banks and other businesses. Zain (the manager) is very courteous and helpful. He speaks English also which was a huge plus for me. He helped me multiple times during my 2 night stay with whatever I needed. “The rooms are nice, but if you are travelling there in the off season like we did, please note that they don’t seem fully ready to receive guests. The heat wasn’t working and while they tried their best to accommodate this, it still was a small issue. There was also no wifi as advertised.”

“The Riad was very friendly and welcome and Abdul and the staff bends over backwards to make sure every need is met. The food served was wonderful and the Medina was so fun to walk around.”
