“The staff were outstanding. The location requires GPS and good driving skills to get there, but it is worth it - the views are spectacular, and there is a general ambience of feeling in a special place - in oyur opinion, Al Chiar di Luna is a hidden gem and when we nxt visit Monte di Procida, we will definitley stay again. To reiterate, the key point is that the reception staff were outstanding.”

“Great views from room. Monica was wonderful. Parking was a bit difficult for me being from the U.S. (drove around neighborhood like 4 times and then found parking lot). Not sure if can park on streets. Very busy. Walked to beach. Sanctuary of santa maria (looks like a castle on water) was well worth visiting. Water beach is beautiful. Great breakfast.”

“breakfast was good”

“Our stay was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The gentleman who greeted us was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. He welcomed us with snacks and fresh juice, which was such a thoughtful touch after traveling. The service throughout our stay was exceptional—everyone made us feel at home and was always willing to help with a smile. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and exceeded all of our expectations. “Spotlessly clean, beautiful room, great breakfast and helpful staff. I arrived earlier than check in and was able to leave my luggage without any issues at all. The location is really handy for bars and restaurants and the beach is only 10/15 mins walk. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others.”

“Madelena ‘s shows signs of once being great but it’s way off now. They should close the back rooms so guests don’t see the laundry drying and block off the area under construction. Get rid of all the broken stuff; chairs, lounges, bar stools. Cover the empty pool and get a gardener to prune everything. The 2 staff members we saw seem unsupported and poorly managed. We didn’t eat there so can’t comment on the food but the included breakfast at 8:30 was very late so we left.”

“Väldigt fint boende. Stort fint rum. Mycket välkomnande personal och väldigt trevliga. Bra frukost som serverades precis vid den fina poolen. Allt var perfekt och vi återkommer gärna hit igen.”

“sehr saubere kleine Unterkunft mit nur ein paar Schritten ist man am und im Meer tolles Frühstück alle waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit”
