Al piano terra ci sono una cucina, un bagno ed un soggiorno con due divani letti singoli. Salendo le scale si trovano poi un secondo bagno, una camera matrimoniale ed un terrazzo coperto in cui poter fare una rilassante colazione all'aperto. "This property is fantastic. I could imagine myself living in it and it felt perfectly at home. It is fully remodeled and updated, comfortable bedding and furniture, good water pressure, two bathrooms, and a convenient location. My only regret is that I would have liked staying in it longer! It is one of the best if not the best apartment I have rented abroad."
