"The staff was eager to welcome us upon arrival. All ammenities were as described. Only complaints - hallway doors slammed very loudly, and walls between adjoining rooms were thin making it very noisy. Also, small square pillows instead of normal sized bed pillows"

"We have stayed at this hotel twice, a year apart, and both times have similar experiences. The staff treated us like VIP customers. With any snafu, staff treated it with care and precision, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for us. RAJ was an absolute delight!! Funny and professional, it felt so comfortable and like we were home. We booked for the jetted tub in room but we return because of thr people. We will be back!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. Some of the vending and ice machines were out of order. The volume and channel control buttons on the remote quit working, but it would still turn on and off. My door key quit working but the staff fixed it. Coffee at the front desk in the morning."
