“Das Hotel liegt am Rande von Erfoud und ist als Selbstfahrer problemlos zu finden. Sehr schöne und gepflegte Hotelanlage im traditionellen lokalen Stil. Wir haben ein grosszügiges Upgrade erhalten, das Hotel war allerdings auch nur wenig besetzt, Sehr freundliches Personal, welches einen einwandfreien Service bietet. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und grundsätzlich sauber. Allerdings war der Wasserablauf der Dusche verstopft, was bezüglich Reinigung und Sauberkeit sofort Fragen aufwirft. Aber...

“This hotel has been beautifully remodeled with great taste, and everything feels fresh and comfortable. The rooms are spotless, and very cozy. The service from the front desk and staff is incredible everyone is friendly, helpful, and really makes you feel welcome. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, perfect for spending some quiet time. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choices and great quality.”

“There is no air conditioning and charger is only USB charge in room. Some room you can not locked and door stay open all night. Felt unsafe while sleeping due to unable to close my door. ”

“메디나 내에 위치해 있어 접근성이 매우 좋았다. 아침식사도 잘 준비해 주었다. 그런데 상상할 수 없는 일이 발생했다. 외출 후 돌아오니 러기지 열쇠가 망가져 있었다. 억지로 열어보려다 키 삽입부분이 뭉그러져 다이얼이 돌지 않았다. 체크아웃 시 추가로 택스를 요구해 지불하였다. 분명 계약서에는 봉사료와 택스가 포함되었는데 모로코에서는 계속 택스를 요구하여 당혹스럽다.”

“The tent is big, wc and shower inside the tent, it is so much cold on the night, we get cold, dinner is good (soup, tagine, fruits), but breakfast has little option, (there is No egg) The staffs and Alberto are very helpfully ”
