정말 최고였지만 살짝 아쉬웠음
제 생각에 이 호텔의 최고 장점은 사우스 야라 역과 가깝다는 것. 시설도 매우 깨끗하고 아파트 형식으로 세탁기, 토스터기, 전자레인지 등 많은 기구가 있어 참 좋았지만 하우스키핑 서비스를 7일 이상 숙박하여야 해주신다는 점(그냥 알아서 살아야함), 와이파이가 무료지만 공유네트워크가 뜨지않고 연결이 원활하지않아 그냥 가져온 포켓와이파이를 써야했고 저희가 묵은 숙소는 갑자기 두꺼비집에 이상이 생겨 객실의 모든 전등과 히터에 전기가 들어오지않는 이상이 생겼었지만 이미 오후 10시가 넘어 로비에는 아무도 안 계셨고 다음날 아침 해결하기는 하였지만 미안하다는 사과한마디 없으셨습니다. 이런 긴급한 사항에 대비할 수 있는 사람이나 시설을 마련했으면 좋겠습니다.

Convenient place to stay
It was a nice stay. The room was reletively clean and good sized. Also they had almost every utilities/amenities that I needed except a tooth brush and paste(but it's an apartment not a hotel, so understandable).Staff was nice. They are not super friendly, but kind and helpful. It I stayed in CBD area, I could get free trams, but it was still nice location. I am satisfied with this accommodation in overall.

Short stay
The apartment was fine. The wifi did not reach our apartment. You had to stand in the hall to get any signal, there was no point in addressing with reception, signals are signals. Our travels plans changed, so we left earlier than anticipated.

Phenomenal room I stayed in this time. I was really happy with it. I don’t mean to discriminate but the lovely New Zealand girl that works behind the counter. She was phenomenal. She was the best person I dealt with their so far so kind so correspondence, she’s a 10 out of 10 in customer service

部屋は清潔で広々として設備も整っていて快適でした。最初は普通のホテルを予約していましたが、すべての点でこのアパートメントホテルにして良かったです。本当にお勧め出来ます。私たちは日本人なので、欲を言えばバスタブがあると完璧でした。また、利用したいと思います。

The apartments are in a very convenient location close to South Yarra station and good shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was well appointed and in good condition. I would recommend this to someone wanting a convenient location and good services.

The hotel was quiet and the rooms were a good size. Thankfully, no swipecard was necessary to get up to the room (I find there are invariably problems with these things). I particularly loved the leather couch in my room...luxurious!

Excellent property. Like having your own apartment so close to everything. Initial booking/confirmation/registration/electric key access and communication with facility very drawn out and frustrating…but worth the hassle.

The JustIn App, requires no personal details simply a phone number to register with to allow your apartment key to be provided to.

The property was clean, safe and conveniently located. The property did not replace the bathroom towels on a daily basis. Definitely a negative.

Always a great spot, very convenient to the train and surrounding shops. Spacious and clean accommodation and welcoming reception. The only drawbacks are a lack of shelf space in the bathroom and shower, and the digital key entry is too fiddly.

Excellent stay, the only negative point I can make is that my phone ran out of battery power and there was no overnight support to get into the property that I was aware of. I was fortunate enough to get it charged from a friend, so if it wasn't for that, we would have been walking the street
