처음 체크인 할때부터 체크아웃 할때까지 다 너무 친절하게 응대해주시고 영어를 못하는 저에게 하나하나 천천히 친절하게 알려주셨어요~ 생각한 것보다 집도 훨씬 좋고 청결하고 모든 것이 완벽했습니다 :) 3일에 한번씩 청소해주는 서비스도 좋았습니다

fantastic apartment
The distance from the sky bus to the street is very good, wherever I can go, I like to go to the downtown area, and the interior facilities are too good to go downtown. Your choice will be good for your journey.

we were pleasantly surprised with the apartment and although small it was good value for money for Melbourne. The place was clean, neat, tidy and the bed was comfortable. Big plusses were - plenty of food options straight across the road at Docklands Pier, tram right outside the main door, secure parking, easy check-in, great staff The only real issue i had was with the bathroom. The apartment is level floor but there was quite a large step up into the bathroom which was easy to forget about and accidentally trip off the step when leaving the bathrom. Also when opened the vanity cabinet door obstructs part of the bathroom doorway. Overall though the apartments are a great place to stay and we would definitely stay there again

Thank you for your feedback. We only service our apartments weekly because all of our apartments are fully self contained and come with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher etc. Servicing can be done on request for an additional cost.

The property is in fantastic location. Just outside is tram stop- free trams And only few stops to inner city.. Bathroom works well. The only small minus was step up From corridor to the bathroom… Bed and pillows are comfy… I never found the place noisy or messy. Staff at the reception is just out of this Planet…. Fantastic- thank you… If I visit Melbourne again this accomodation will be my choice. I stayed 3 comfortable weeks..

Good location to dining and entertainment and free tram around Melbourne was across the street. Also, it came fully equipped for a relaxing stay.

Great Location
Location was excellent with a tram stop out the front to the city and to Docklands shopping complex. Restaurants and coffee shops close by. Apartment was comfortable with a few design faults but overall sufficient for me. Toilet was leaking when I arrived but this was fixed straight away. Reception staff were very helpful. Enjoyable stay.

Comfortable Stay
Enjoyed my stay. This place was really excellent. It has got everything you need as a traveller if you enjoy cooked hot meals & doing yr own laundry. Everything is modern tech and l just loved the Docklands location. It is convenient to amenities from shopping malls, transport, libraries etc. Nothing negative to say other than the parking fee they charge separate per night, it should be inclusive.. just a suggestion.

Could be Better
The location and personal assistance at check in were excellent. Unfortunately the good stopped there. The bed in the main bedroom had hair on it and the throw was stained. When hopping into bed I felt like I was on a slope and had a very uncomfortable sleep. My daughter had bites all over her neck and chest from her bed. The furniture surfaces were clean, but the carpet felt unclean and the carpet meeting the skirting boards visually very dusty/dirty. Finally, I sat on the couch and had an instant allergic reaction to it--probably dust mites. I don't like having to offer criticism but all of these things are fixable so moving forward, a new bed and a carpet and couch steam clean would make a huge difference.

There were dirty dishes, the the lady on the desk was quite rude when questioned about their practices. The bathroom door didn’t properly close, neither did the bedroom. They did not warn us that there was night works going on behind the building so it was impossible to get a proper nights sleep. Would never stay there again.

We had no idea of any works going on at the back of the building as Probuild have just gone into receivership so not sure if they would have been doing any work at this point. About our practices, we do require ID and Matching CC and our system does wipe off the CC as soon as our guests depart. Kind regards, Lyn (Manager)

Nothing worked All TV channels froze, Distance to get in and out of shower difficult as shower door hit toilet. Difficult to get into bed as no space between wall and bed and then hurt your leg on the frame. Very Disappointing

Thank you for your feedback. We realize our apartments are quite compact but competitive for a city stay. I'm sorry about the TV situation as it may have required a setting adjustment. We have our TV's in this building running through Foxtel so perhaps a little different to many. Our staff member is always very quick to check & fix any of these issues that we're made aware of. Unfortunately the blinds did not keep the light from the carpark out of the bedroom and the noise of the night time traffic woke us several times. The position of the building is ideal, tram stop directly outside the building, on site parking was easy and convenient the rooms where clean and tidy

A compact apartment that still managed to have everything I needed. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable too. The location was great for me, away from the centre but with a tram stop right outside which gets you back in to the heart if everything within 15 minutes.

In hindsight we loved the coffee maker which made restaurant quality espresso in the morning and the fully equipped kitchen. We found the free tram outside our door super convenient for the Australian Open as it was one of the first stops. Easy walking to everything after you get oriented. Lots of closed restaurants in the area though. Some people might find it too quiet on weekends. Not a nice deck either.
