위치가 시티 완전중심이라 멜버른에서 정착하기에 부족함이 없습니다. 시설은 최상이라고는 할수없으나 편의시설등 주변에 다있고 좋아요.

시설이 매우 낙후 되어있습니다. 저렴한 가격에 백팩커 아닌곳에서 1인실을 사용하고 싶은신분이 가면 좋을듯해요. 수건 1불 받습니다.

Friendly service
We were allowed to check-in 4 hours early. Really great! The hotel is definitely not as bad as some of the reviews are stating. However there's still room for improvements :) The male toilets were disgusting and ran out of toilet paper during the night. The rooms were really worn down

If price is your only concern then by all means stay. Expect no amenity. No towels, no toilet paper, loud music being played late at night and noisy guests moving around constantly. At least they could install some sharps bins so loose needles weren’t put in random places

dont stay there the fire alams were taped up so not working the sheets unwashed looks nothing like photo no paintings just graffiti smell was not good the noise of squeaky doors and footsteps lasted 3 hours 2 were at a pub for dinner and checked out had to go somewhere eles

Very crowded and dirty, even by Hostel standards. Cheap and affordable for a quick overnight stay though.

我選的是自己單獨一間，離街道算有段距離，所以算是安靜，只是因為是木板隔間，所以隔壁有任何聲響還是會聽得到，浴室相當乾淨，如果是自己旅行非常推薦入住，這裡離維多利亞市場很近，門口就是伊莉莎白街，樓下有亞超也有麵包店，出口不遠處就有叮叮車可以到費蓮達車站，看要去哪都很方便，只是你如果行李很重，櫃檯的女服務員是無法幫你扛行李的，要等到有男櫃檯服務人員才能請他們幫忙喔！總共有三層樓，我就住在最頂樓，所以還好最後是男服務人員幫我扛行李下來，我才能順利的checkout，櫃檯的人都會講中文。

Please do not stay here. This place should be condemned, it is absolutely disgusting and I can’t even begin to describe the smell. I walked in and walked back out again. I’ve since spoken to people who have had items stolen and the management are aware and just let it happen. Please pay that little bit more and go somewhere else

This place is riddled with bed bugs, it smells horrible and when we turned out the lights, glow in the dark tags were on the walls. Don't go here!!

Showers were amazing. Toilet not so. And Residents that Rent out the Dorms on a weekly Basis are Extremly messy and Noisy. They smoke at the Front Door, and it drifts up Hostel Building and comes through the Windows.

This was a very cheap hostel in a great location. You definitely get what you pay for but I’d definitely come here again if I was on a budget.

The photos on the web are not at all like the hostel. Broken handles in bathroom's and the looks likeno care is taken with all the graffiti on the walls. Bathroom smelt of smoke. It had permanent resident's and kept awake the second night by drunks having an emotional fight. I felt unsafe.

Run down hovel. Room condition was beyond bad. Patched walls, power points loose in walls, condition generally terrible. Door on room barely closed it had been broken and repaired so many times. Toilet facilities horrible. Broken seat, water flowing from toilet onto bathroom floor and excrement caked everywhere. A toilet on an Indian train would be better. Noisy to the point of not being able to sleep. Drunken yahoos outside on the street carrying on all night and sketchy drug/drunk or otherwise unreasonably noisy fellow patrons. The only positive thing to say it was a roof over my head. But otherwise no safer, quieter or pleasant than being on the streets

Smelly and unclean
This place is in a perfect location, BUT it is the smelliest, unclean place i have ever stayed! They only positive things i can say are: comfortable bed, free cold water bubble and location.

Turned away even though we had a reservation. Extremely dirty, used iv needles in view in reception.

Very uncomfortable couple of nights at the hostel. Lots of long term tenant, who are drinking and loud and the bathrooms stank and were not cleaned in the 3 days/2 nights.

Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. Room was ok but I had a mouse staying with me. Very noisy at night, had tenets yelling at 3am.

Chose to stay here for a couple of night as it was budget friendly. But it smelt of stale smoke, and cabbage. Ladies shower door broken, and the smear of blood on the wall of the loo betrayed a second rate cleaning schedule - It was there when we arrived, and still there as we were checking out two days later. I felt unsafe. There was fresh offensive grafitti each day, and my partner reported that there was fresh vomit in the sink in the men's on our second morning though, so there's that. I got told to "F-Off" by a stranger after filling my drink bottle in the communal kitchen. The kitchen facilities seemed OK though. Was a bit of an experience and memorable, but will not repeat. The check in was easy, and the desk staff were genuinely lovely people... But the vibe of the place was pretty sleazy. Hope this helps someone avoid our mistake.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very basic facilities, my room was clean so no worries there. Needed air plugs to get a good nights sleep as the floors were wooden and sometimes the neighbours were a little noisy. Great transport links to the trams.

There was smoking in the room next door. The condition of the premises was not great. For the price this stay was OK.

Expected More for the Price
After booking a Double Room with desk and refrigerator upon check-in I was assigned a room with 3 double bunk beds, no desk, no refrigerator. The room was on the top of four floors with no lift - a challenge with luggage at the best times. Returning to reception to hopefully correct the room allocation mistake, the receptionist said that was the correct room after which I showed her the listing in Hotels.com which she said was outdated (the listing is the same on all sites)and after a series of phone calls I was allocated the room I had booked. I cancelled the remainder of my booking and have chosen to stay at The Village Melbourne which is far better value & standard for about the same price.
