편리한 위치, 가성비의 룸 크기 및 시설이 좋음
아파트의 크기, 컨시어지, 시설 모두 맘에 들었다. 또한 위치가 호시어 레인 바로 옆이다. 단, 바닥이 카페트여서 동양인 관점에서 바닥에서 뭘 하던 청결에 있어 좀 찝찝한 느낌이 들었다. 마루였다면 걸레질이라도 하고 뒹굴었을텐데... 또 바닥이 무엇으로 된건지는 모르나, 발바닥 소리가 증폭되는... 그런 문제가 있다. 뭐 여행이라 별로 신경 안써도 된다. 또 하우스 키핑을 어떤 수준으로 해주는지 모르나, 수건 교체, 침대정리 외에는 크게 해주는건 없었다. 휴지는 사야 한다. 또한, 세탁시설 이용은 좋으나, 세탁실에서 하수구 냄새가 올라온다. 다만 문 닫으면 문이 허술한데도 하수구 냄새가 풍기는것 같진 않다. 룸이 춥다. 거실의 온풍 에어컨 방향이 침대방과는 반대라 거실은 따뜻해 지나, 방은 아니다.

크기가 만족스럽고 거의 모든것들이 구비되어있는 장소
크기도 크고 만족스러웠지만 바로앞에 공사현장이 있어 시끄러웠음. 또 중심지의 숙명이겠지만 술먹고 밤에 고래고래 소리지르는 사람의 목소리가 다들림.

Property is in a great location and is safe and secure. Over Fri - Mon the appartement was only restocked once with towels, even after a request. Wouldnt have been an issue except that we only had one towel per guest. Checkin was easy and staff were very polite

I booked 2 nights here in late January due to the excellent location - which was indeed excellent for walking in the city. They called me to say the lift was out of order could we take stairs to the first floor - we did, and that was okay. The problem was the cleanliness of the apartment on check-in was not what I would expect: hairs in the bathroom sink and on the floor, hand prints and cup marks on the glass coffee table, a contact lens on the carpet and thick dust on doors and skirtings. I am afraid I would not choose to stay here again for that reason, but the location is great.

Great option for a stay in Melbourne. Close to attractions, shopping and transit. Very spacious with good kitchen. Good hot water for showers and lots of towels. Washing machine and dishwasher were handy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good WiFi. We enjoyed our stay at Flinders Lane apartment.

5 Star, in all respects.
Great service and beautiful apartments. Life got spoilt and we were moved to a very flash apartment at no extra cost. People are very friendly, professional and accomodating. Superb location, as well. Will visit again.

We were pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a huge room. Great views, 3 bathrooms, 2 massive bedrooms with ensuites and a huge kitchen. Close to restaurants, trams and shops. Would highly recommend!!!

Great location, good stay. Friendly reception staf
The apartment wasn’t the one in the picture shown here. However, there was a warm welcome and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent, close to shops, trams and bars - recommend The Crafty Squire for a nice beer. Minor negatives are that the apartment definitely needed updating and had some marks (looked like bleach spillage) on the carpets BUT we really enjoyed staying here and would stay again.

Very convenient, elegant and spacious apartment
Very convenient, elegant and spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in the centre of everything. We were upgraded to a penthouse plus balcony, with partial view to the Yarra River. Staff were very helpful and anxious to please. Just remember to bring your slippers in winter because none were provided and staff aren’t there after 6pm. Great 2-night stay there and a fabulous place to meet up with friends from out of town. Thank you!

So close to everything. We could walk wherever we wanted. Apartment was cosy and warm when we returned from the theatre. We slept soundly and awoke refreshed. Will be back when we need to be in Melbourne again.

The Reception lady was Great and very helpful. The location was perfect, close to the train station and tram stop. The only negative was the noise late at night as i could hear people talking/shouting.

Strong smell of bleach throughout the rooms and wasn’t very clean. Was tidy but not as clean as it could be. Not horrible, just a little dirty

We weren't able to open a window for fresh air. We were very happy with everything else. We are country ladies so that is why but have booked again for next year's Girls trip

Fantastic property in a great location. Staff were really helpful when our flights were delayed (and delayed and delayed...) and our check in time was pushed back by hours and hours. Amazing location, within easy walking distance of everything, and close to public transport.

The flinders landing staff were amazing! above and beyond to make us happy. Unfortunately these lovely apartments are well dated. Bathroom needs to be updated as well as some work on soundproofing the apartments as you could hear street noise and neighboring apartments all day and night. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable leaving most of my group with little to no sleep for 5 days. Would stay again for the brilliant staff but these apartments need a lot of updating.
