Clean spacious tastefully decorated room with lovely views. Breakfast was very good. Clean bathroom but shower needs a screen to stop water splashing to tiles. Didn’t love the COVID check-in as there was no warmth/greeting.
Location is great however needs to drive for meals.
We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and service was friendly. It was a relaxing and quiet stay with a delicious inclusive breakfast! The only thing i would critique is the photos on the site in regards to suite 3. While the room is identical to suite 1, the view is not and the photos used for suite 3 are from suite 1. Only a minor issue but we used the photos as a guide of what the view was like and were slightly disappointed.
Overall we were happy with our stay :)
When we entered the room matt was wet and colour was fainted.
Mini bar fridge was empty, chairs and table in balcony was very dusty.
Next day morning we had to go to kitchen for breakfast because they were short of staff and were unable to deliver food to our room.
When we attended kitchen, staff’s behaviour was very rude.

Disliked: Staff & service
Toilet where smelly, not clean.
Breakfast had to be booking day before, we checked in late no prior notification that Breakfast had to be arrange the day before even after i spoke to the staff re: late arrival, i wasn't ask about Breakfast. I was told that i had received a text with the full details.
Very clean, spacious and quiet rooms. Great views of the bay. Easy check in and check out. Onsite parking. Yummy breakfast daily. Excellent service. Beautiful property surrounded by beautiful bushlands and wildlife. Will definatley stay here again soon. We stayed in suite 1.
This is a very quiet B & B to stay at. The room was very large and comfortable and extremely clean. The breakfast was delicious. We appreciated the call from the kitchen to let us know it would be ready soon. Thank you!
Really loved our stay, we were there for 1 night and could have stayed another night. Our room was clean and very comfortable Breakfast was so nice and yummy 😊 would definitely stay at George’s again !
Great location with incredible views. We arrived in a lovely heated room that was clean, spacious, homely and luxurious..and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've stayed in! If this didn't make the stay good enough, our breakfast the next morning was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Impossible to get in- an overly complicated entry system and the owners reluctant to answer the phone. When we finally got into our cold dark room with the dirty table, cup stains etc there was a scruffy piece of paper telling you to order breakfast the night before or you wouldn’t get it! No idea of friendly customer service at all. Luckily the owner realises that this isn’t the job for them as the place is surrounded by for sale signs. Despite being fleeced for $320 to stay in this miserable place we decided to go elsewhere and left. Suggest waiting till this place has new owners before staying here.... worst bandb ever
Beautiful modern place on the hills overlooking the bay. Very friendly staff/owner and as a bonus we met both a kangaroo and a kookaburra in the garden.
George's B&B is ideally located at Arthur's Seat, providing easy access to vineyards, restaurants and all the wonderful sights of the Mornington Peninsula. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a fabulous view out over Port Phillip Bay. We would happily choose this accommodation for our next visit to this beautiful area.

Overall - Great staff, location and room
The card reader wasn't working - had to swipe in many times and push the door hard to open.
Water wasn't working at time of arrival however this was fixed within 15mins after informing staff.
Amazing view on top of Arthur's seat. Service, room, breakfast and everything about the stay was excellent. Just note that it's on top of the mountain so there is no food or stores nearby at night, so you'll need to drive 10-15 minutes back down a twisty, fairly unlit road back down to Dromana. Highly recommend and would go back.
